Shipping Policy
Most orders will ship out within one business day of the payment being recieved.  An email notification will be sent out to let you know when your order has been shipped. We like to reuse shipping packaging when we can and only when it is good condition. Orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post, or First Class mail depending cost and will usually arrive within a week of placing your order. If you need faster shipping, I can bill you for actual shipping charges after you place your order.
 
International Shipping
We will ship internationally via Priority or Express International Mail. Actual shipping charges will be billed separately after the order is placed. Your order will be shipped after payment is recieved for shipping charges. Please list your country, city, zip code and what you plan to order for an estimate of shipping cost before placing your order. 
 
Payments
We accept credit cards, paypal, check, money order and cash. We process credit card payments through the paypal secure site, but you do not need to sign up for a paypal account to pay with your credit card.  After you select pay with credit card you will be transfered to paypals secure site and you can click "continue" where it says "Don't have a paypal account".  Orders paid for by check or money order will be shipped as soon as the payment is processed.
 
Local Pickup
If you are located in the vicinity of Colorado Springs, you can pick up your order usually the same day, even on weekends! Select local pickup when checking out, then send an email to let us know that you want to pick up your order and we can arrange a time for you to come by. A Diaper Change is run out of my home which is located centrally in Colorado Springs.
 
State Sales Tax
The sales tax of 7.4% must be collected on all Colorado orders.
 

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you have any questions about an item please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do the best we can to help you make your decision. Below are some guidelines to help you return an item.
A defective item will often be handled by the manufacturer.  If you have received a defective item please let us know by email and we will help you to get a replacement item.
All returns must be pre-authorized, click here to contact us.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of placing your order.

We can only accept returns that are unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging, unless there is a defect in the item.
